The University of Arizona offers the Global Wildcat Award to incoming first-year and transfer students in recognition of outstanding academic perforemance.

1. First-Year Global Wildcat Award
Any student enrolling in a college or university for the first time is considered a first-year student. The chart below shows the scholarship tiers available to first-year students applying in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025.

How to Qualify Global Wildcat First-Year Award
All you have to do to be considered for a Global Wildcat First-Year Award is submit your completed admission application by the application deadline.
Global Wildcat First-Year Award Terms & Conditions

2. Transfer Global Wildcat Award
Transfer students are defined as students who have earned 12 or more transferable units taken at a non-U.S. college or university or at a U.S. junior or community college. The awards below are available for the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 term.

Moreso,students who participate in the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society at a U.S. community or junior college are eligible for an additional $3,000.

To qualify for a Global Wildcat Transfer Award, all you need to do is submit your completed admission application before the application deadline.
Terms & Conditions For the Award

3. Global Wildcat Transition Award
Global Direct Online students who transition to Main Campus are eligible to receive the Global Wildcat Transfer Award. The award below is available to students who transition in the Fall 2023 or Spring 2024 terms.

How To Qualify
To be considered for a Global Wildcat Transition Award, all you need to do is transition to the main campus in the fall or spring semester. Please contact your adviser for more information on this.
